We are currently only offering our services through Paypal payment amd working to improve our services.
Customers wishing to pay by cheque must address it to the attention of Brandina Kajese.
Please allow a day for internal processing
and crating of your order, most credit /debit cards orders are dispatched
within
a day, cheques orders are dispatched once the payment has cleared.All courier fees for UK customers is
Free but charges will be added if the product is returned for courier fees. For International customers courier will
dependinding on the country.Please allow a week for delivery.
Please note we do not dispatch orders on a Sunday,
any orders placed on Sunday or national holiday will be shipped on the next
business day.
If for any reason you are not satisfied
with your purchase you may return it to us undamaged for full refund less
courier fees. For shipped items we will refund the full amount less shipping
cost in both directions.
If you need to return the product you must
contact us before returning any merchandise as it must be freight prepaid.
We will not be liable for any customs duty
or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Nuebo Vela will not be
responsible
for any extra fees your local courier in your country may charge.
We dispatch all Art pieces in custom made
wood crates depending on the size and weight this helps to keep your products
intact.
